Refund policy

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online *within 30 days* of the purchase date for store credit.

We strive to ensure you're entirely pleased with your purchases. However, we understand that there might be occasions when items don't quite fit the bill.

  • Returns are for STORE CREDIT only and issued via a credit to your online account.
  • All returns must be received *within 30 days* of the purchase date.
  • Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
  • Damaged or Missing Items: If you were sent a damaged, incorrect or missing item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order.
  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return. See list below.Items eligible for return must be in their original, new, and unworn state. If we receive items that are worn, soiled, or otherwise unsellable, they will be discarded without eligibility for store credit.
  • For qualifying returns, Starfall Style will grant store credit to your online account, which you can utilize during checkout. This process may take between 7 to 14 business days.

Please be aware: Once you've checked out, changes, modifications, or cancellations to your order are not permitted.
Upon completing the return order form, we'll send over a prepaid shipping label. A processing fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your store credit for each return package. However, if you choose to make another purchase from our site during the return process, this fee will be waived.

While we currently don't offer exchanges, you can use the store credit to buy alternative sizes or colors of your choice.

Accounts with an excessive number of returns may be suspended at our discretion.
